39th Anniversary of the Algemene Rekenkamer Aruba
On 13 April 2026, the Algemene Rekenkamer Aruba (the Court of Audit Aruba) marked its 39th anniversary.
On this day, we extend our sincere appreciation to Lay-Hing de Kort-Yee for delivering an insightful and motivational presentation. Her presentation, “E Trabao Invisibel di e Rekenkamer” (“The Invisible Work of the Court of Audit”), provided valuable perspectives on the essential work of the Court of Audit, such as how accountability (Duna Cuenta) creates trust (Confiansa). We are grateful for her contribution and for the meaningful reflections it inspired among our team.
The program of the day brought colleagues together through a combination of informative sessions, interactive activities, and moments of reflection. The session “Futuro di Algemene Rekenkamer Aruba + Brainstorm” encouraged meaningful conversations on the future direction of the Court of Audit.
